摘要
采用PCD刀具对纯铜进行切削试验,研究了刀具几何参数、切削参数对电极表面粗糙度的影响,通过对试验结果进行分析得出了铜电极车削加工过程中切削参数对铜电极表面粗糙度的影响规律。
Through the cutting experiment of pure copper by using PCD tool,the influence of tool geometric parameters,cutting parameters on the surface roughness of the electrode was studied,the effects of cutting parameters in turning process of copper on copper electrode surface roughness was achieved based on the analysis of experimental results.
