摘要
介绍了一种光电式寻边器、数控车床和工业内窥镜在位高效测量深孔尺寸的方法,该方法利用了寻边器高精度和数控车床具有较高重复定位精度等优点。寻边器通过转接头固定在镗杆上,在孔口端面对刀,移动Z轴到达被测尺寸附近,通过内窥镜观察寻边器接触情况,通过机床读数快速得到孔深值。
A way to measure deep hole size by edge finder,numerical control lathe and industrial endoscope is introduced in this article. High-accuracy of edge finder and high repeat positioning accuracy of lathe is used in the method.Edge finder is fixed on the boring cutter bar with connector,the tool is adjusted in the hole end. Move Z axis to the measured size and watch edge finder contact situation by endoscopy,hole deep value is obtained rapidly in machine.
