基于职业发展导向的护理实践教学改革匡正

护理实践教学在技术技能型护理人才的培养中占有举足轻重的地位,其实践教学理念主导着人才培养的方向与质量。文章通过介绍护士职业发展的意义,分析护理实践教学存有"重技能、弱素养""重单项、弱综合""重业务,轻人文"等现象,提出基于职业发展导向的护理实践教学改革的基本路径,主要包括树立护理职业发展的教学理念、注重职业生涯规划教育、强化院校融通的教学模式及建立基于职业发展导向的护理实践教学评价体系,旨在匡正护理专业实践教学改革的方向。

Nursing lab sessions or clinical learning has the tendency to focus more on skills than on qualities, more on individual skills than on overall abilities, and more on nursing than on humanity learning. The reform of clinical teaching should be based on student nurses＇ professional development. Emphasis should also be put on career planning.
