摘要
由于矿井提升机类设备的钢丝绳运动于地面和井下之间,因而钢丝绳的张力检测数据难以用有线传输,必须采用无线数据通信方式,将张力检测数据传送到地面监控地点。因此研究钢丝绳张力的无线检测装置非常重要。该文在全面阐述现代无线数据采集系统的工作原理的基础上,针对缓慢变化的压力数据采集问题,设计一个以PIC单片机为核心的无线多路数据采集系统及一个以80C196KC单片机为核心,控制GSM通信模块,实现张力数据处理的检测系统。
Because of mine hoist equipment , the movement between the ground and underground , and the tension of wire rope testing data is difficult to use wire transmission .Must adopt wireless data communication mode , the tension test data transmission to the ground monitoring sites .So the wire rope tension wireless detection device will have very important realistic meaning and broad application pros -pects .Based on a comprehensive grasp of modern wireless data acquisition system based on working prin -ciple, in view of the slow change of pressure data acquisition problem , design a wireless multi-channel data acquisition system of PIC single-chip microcomputer as the core and a monitoring system of 80 C196 KC as a core , it control GSM communication module , realizes data processing of tension .
