摘要
目的:探索临床实验课的教学模式,发现问题,循证解决,持续改进临床实验课的教学质量。方法:通过调查表和访谈结合的方法,收集皖南医学院2008级临床医学专业603名同学及部分临床教师的反馈意见,针对问题循证拟定可能的解决措施并组织实施。结果:学生对临床实验课教学相关指标的评价显著提高。结论:这次临床实验课教学模式的改革,有效地贯彻落实了"早期接触临床"的教学计划,培养了医学生关爱患者、尊重生命的职业操守及解决临床实际问题的能力,为推动我校实践教学模式的改革进行了有益的尝试。
Objective: The study aims at finding a teaching model for clinical experiments for clinical medicine students in our college, to identify and solve problems based on evidence so as to further improve the quality of clinical experimental teaching. Methods : questionnaires and inteiviews were used. Results : Students ' gave more positive feedback of teaching than before. Conclusions : The reform is helpful for improving teaching quality in the future. It complies with the teaching philosophy of early clinical exposure. It helps medical students become more caring for patients, respect life more and are more clinically competent.
