RTU阀室截断阀远程监控的技术改造和实现

摘要 中亚天然气管道A/B双线并行,在全长1833 km单线管道上共设置80座快速截断阀室,其中具备RTU功能的阀室37座。因此如何确保这37座具备RTU功能的干线快速截断阀本体及远程监控功能的正常是确保干线正常输气的关键条件。该文从单线全长1304 km的中哈天然气管道上33座具备RTU功能的Schuck阀紧急截断阀实际应用出发,从其紧急切断功能的系统构造、关键参数设置及远传、SCADA系统上位机程序优化等角度入手进行了深入分析和技术改造,极大地提高了中哈天然气管道快速截断阀室关断的快速发现、原因分析及快速恢复,为中哈天然气管道的长期安全平稳高效运行打下了良好的基础。 the Central-Asia natural gas pipeline is A/B double parallel pipeline , lenth of 1833 km has 37 sets block valve stations with RTU .For ensure the normal working of control function of 37 sets RTU block value stations and remote monitoring function is the key of safety and steady transportation of natural gas .In this paper , basing on applications of Schuck valve at 33 sets block valves with RTU , mounting in single China -Kazakhstan gas pipeline which is 1304 km, that from transformation and anal-ysis of its emergency shut -off system , key parameters configuration and remote control and HMI optimi-zation of SCADA etc is greatly improves the reason quickly found , cause recovery and analysis , that is for creating a good foundation of smooth and efficient operation .
