摘要
目的:通过主治医师教学查房评估,了解目前主治医师教学查房的水平,找出存在的不足,促进主治医师的教学能力,规范培养住院医师。方法:采用评分及专家点评相结合的方法收集资料,运用统计软件进行分析。结果:评估57名拟晋升副高职称的主治医师,评估分数平均为93.22分。结论:研究结果显示,主治医师在教学查房的内容设计、指导住院医师临床思维和"三基"基础理论、基本知识、基本技能方面还需要加强。
Objective By attending teaching rounds assessment to understand the current level of physician teaching rounds,find shortcomings,promote the teaching physician's ability to standardize training residency. Method By using the method of scoring and expert comments combined data,were analyzed using statistical software. Result 57 intends to assess physician promoted associate professors,assessment scores an average of 93. 22 points. Conclusion The results showed that the contents of the attending physician in teaching rounds designed to guide thinking and clinical residency 'three bases'basic theory,basic knowledge and basic skills need to be strengthened.
