通过文献资料法、观察法、数理统计法和比较分析法,对第十二、十三届世界健美操锦标赛女子单人操决赛前5名运动员成套动作中的操化动作进行对比研究,探究世界竞技健美操女子单人操操化动作发展变化趋势。研究认为:两届世界健美操锦标赛女子单人操操化动作发展变化趋势主要表现为操化动作数量趋于平稳;操化动作强度变化稳定;上肢操化动作幅度稳定,下肢变形步伐运用增多;操化动作移动路线以直线运用最多,弧线其次;操化动作上肢非对称性动作复杂多样、下肢单脚和腾空动作增多;操化动作身体方向转变以5点方向为主;操化动作风格向多元化方向发展。

Using the literature, observation and statistics methods , analysis the operating action of the women＇s single with the frond five athletes＇complete action in The final in the 12th and 13th world aerobics championship comparatively, to explore the development trends with operating action of the women~ single in the world competi- tive aerobics. The research suggested： the women~ single operating action change tendency mainly is presented to operating action number leveled off in two world aerobics championship; the intensity of operating action is changed stablly ; the size of the operation action of upper limb movement stability, the using of lower limb deformation pace is increased; the route of operating action most often used in a straight line and arc second; the upper limb asym- metry action of operating action is complicated, the number of single foot action and empty action of lower limbs is increased ; the body direction is given priority to with 5 oclock ; the movement style to develop in the direction of di- versification.
