热轧铁素体不锈钢的晶间腐蚀 被引量:1

摘要 目前,关于铁素体不锈钢晶间腐蚀的评定还缺少依据及标准。利用化学浸泡法、扫描电镜及金相显微镜研究了热轧态430,409L,410S铁素体不锈钢及304奥氏体不锈钢在硝酸溶液中的耐晶间腐蚀性能、腐蚀形貌及特征。采用双环电化学动电位再活化法研究了4种不锈钢的晶间腐蚀敏感性。结果表明:4种不锈钢耐晶间腐蚀性能大小依次是304>430>409L>410S,增加Cr含量和添加Ti元素可以提高不锈钢的耐晶间腐蚀性能;相对304奥氏体不锈钢,3种铁素体不锈钢晶间腐蚀倾向明显;晶间腐蚀微观形貌与不锈钢金相组织相对应。 Intergranular corrosion resistance and corrosion morphologies of 430,409 L and 410 S hot-rolled ferritic stainless steel sheets in nitric acid solution were analyzed by chemical immersion,SEM,metallomicroscope and electrochemical corrosion tests and meantime the 304 austenite stainless steel sheets were also studied for comparison.Results showed that the intergranular corrosion resistance was ranked as 304 >430 >409L >410S.Increase of Cr contents and addition of Ti could improve the intergranular corrosion resistance.The intergranular corrosion tendency of ferrile was more obvious than that of 304.The intergranular corrosion microstructures and morphologies of all the stainless steel were in accordance with immersion corrosion results.
