血清BNP、HCY、cTnI和hs-CRP对预测糖尿病肾病并发心血管病变的临床价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者B型钠尿肽(BNP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平变化情况,分析其与心血管疾病发生的关系,为临床提供指导依据。方法根据合并心血管疾病情况,将150例糖尿病肾病患者分为有心血管疾病组(CVD组)和没有心血管疾病组(NCVD组),另取100名健康体检者为对照组,检测其血清BNP、HCY、c Tn I、hs-CRP值及肾功能指标:Cys C、CREA和BUN水平,并进行分析。结果 2组糖尿病肾病患者的BNP、HCY、c Tn I、hs-CRP及肾功能指标(Cys C、CREA和BUN)均较健康对照组高(P<0.05),且2组肾病患者之间各指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NCVD组的BNP、HCY、hs-CRP与肾功能指标呈正相关(P<0.05),CVD组HCY、hs-CRP与肾功能指标呈正相关(P<0.05),而BNP、c Tn I大幅升高与肾功能指标无关(P>0.05)。结论 BNP,HCY,c Tn I,hs-CRP可预测糖尿病肾病患者心血管疾病的发生,对心血管疾病的疗效观察和病情转归有实际的临床价值。
