曲美他嗪对老年冠心病心力衰竭患者内皮功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨曲美他嗪对老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者内皮细胞功能的影响。方法 78例老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者患者随机分为对照组和曲美他嗪组,每组39例。2组均给予抗心力衰竭的常规治疗,曲美他嗪组在常规治疗的同时加用曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d。分别于治疗前及治疗后6个月对患者进行NYHA心功能分级和内皮细胞功能状态标志物内皮素-1(endothelin 1,ET-1)和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)含量测定。结果 6个月疗程后,曲美他嗪组患者总有效率为97.4%明显优于对照组的76.9%(P<0.05);2组患者疗程结束后血清均出现ET-1降低和NO升高(P<0.05),且曲美他嗪组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪具有对老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮细胞保护的功能,可显著改善患者刺激诱发的内皮依赖性舒血管效应。
