超温保护装置的可靠性对快热式热水器安全运行起到了关键的保障作用,IEC标准和GB国标均规定了相关耐久性测试项目,以确保热水器在整个寿命期间安全使用。介绍了一个能够实现对用于超温保护的热断路器和泄压保护装置在标准规定条件下进行耐久性试验的一体化测试系统,包括该系统基本功能及硬件架构、PLC控制流程和应用LabVIEW编写的操作界面及其程序框图细节,并给出了测试数据曲线,为实施该检测项目提供了一种有效方法。
The reliability of the Over-temperature protective device is a vital safeguard for safe operation of instantaneous water heaters; IEC & GB standards specify the related endurance test to ensure the safety during the whole useful life period of the water heaters. It introduces an integrative test system performing the test under the conditions specified in the standards, including details of the test system including hardware architecture, PLC control process and test operating interface and block diagrams based on LabVIEW, and gives test curve & data; it provides an effective means for the endurance test.
