摘要
平面五杆机构是金属溶液压铸成型过程中重要的运送机构,五杆的杆长和相对位置对机构的运动轨迹和负载具有重要的影响,直接关系到压铸件的质量。阐述了Pro/E软件在产品开发中,利用行为建模的方法在特定设计意图和设计约束的前提下,经过一系列参数测试和计算,获得最佳的设计参数。该方法利用计算机强大的运算性能,显著提高设计效率和设计质量。
Planar five-bar mechanism is an important transport mechanism of metal solution casting process, its length and position have an important influence on the equipment's trajectory and load and are directly related to the die castings' quality. This paper describes the use of behavioral modeling approach of Pro/E software in a specific design intent and under the premise of design constraints in the product development, it can get the best design parameters after a series of parameter test and calculation. This method can significantly improve the design efficiency and quality by using computer powerful operation performance and particularly suitable for ordinary design users.
