摘要
通过对大佛寺煤矿40110综放工作面的实际产尘点进行分析,根据各个尘源点的实际情况,制定了采煤机高压喷雾降尘技术、采煤尘源跟踪喷雾降尘技术、移架放煤自动喷雾降尘技术和回风巷超限自动喷雾技术为一体的综合降尘技术措施。9 MPa高压水经水路到达各终端形成以粒径较小的液滴为主的降尘水雾进行煤尘沉降,通过治理后,取得了显著的降尘效果。
By analyzing the dust sources and their characteristics of №40110 fully mechanized working face in Dafosi Coal Mine,the comprehensive dust suppression technology,such as the high pressure spray of coal winning machine,spray of dust source tracking,automatic spray when supports moving and coal caving,and automatic spray when dust overrun in return airway,was proposed. The practice shows that the technology has obvious effect of dust suppression.
