黄玉川煤矿通过将积分管理方法有效融入到安全管理中,实行全员安全积分,促进了全矿职工对安全的关注,有效地解决了安全生产中存在的问题,开创了煤矿安全生产的良好局面。
By applying bonus management method to safety management in Huangyuchuan Mine,the all staff＇s safety bonus was carried out,the focus of workers to safety was promoted,the existing problems in safety production were solved effectively and the good situation of mine safety production was started.
