摘要
利用采集于皖北不同地区分离获得的14株大豆根瘤菌与大豆品种"南农1138-2"进行匹配试验。结果表明,根瘤菌菌株AHM2B、ABL9-2、AWL26和AFL15与"南农1138-2"有较好的共生性,其中菌株AHM2B、ABL9-2对总根瘤数、根瘤干重、植株干重、株高的影响较大,菌株AWL26和AFL15对提高叶绿素含量和全氮量影响显著。综合试验结果认为以AHM2B和ABL9-2较其他菌株表现更为突出。
Symbiotic relationship between "Nannong 1138- 2 "and fourteen soybean rhizobia strains isolated from northern Anhui province was experimented. The results showed that they had the better matching between strains of AHM2 B,ABL9- 2,AWL26 and AFL15 and Nannong 1138- 2. Thereinto,total nodule number,nodule dry weight,plant dry weight and plant height were greatly influenced by inoculated strains AHM2 B and ABL9- 2. Chlorophyll and total nitrogen content were significantly increased by inoculated strains of AATB26 and AFL15. To sum up,two strains of AHM2 B and ABL9- 2 show better symbiotic relationship than other strains.
