不同产地金银花抑菌效果的比较研究

Antibacterial Activity Comparison of Lonicera japonica Thunb from Different Places

研究不同产地金银花水提液的体外抑菌效果。采用乙醇加热回流法提取金银花中的药物有效成分,过滤离心沉淀制成醇提液,用K-B纸片扩散法测定其对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性。结果表明湖南产的金银花的抑菌效果最好,对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌均有抑菌作用,而河北产的金银花的抑菌活性最低。

Antibacterial effect of Lonicera japonica Thunb from different places were investigated. The effective ingredients of Lonicera japonica Thunb were extraverted by alcohol extraction circumfluence,K- B diffusion method was used to deterimine antimicrobial effects of Lonicera japonica Thunb from different places on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Bacillus subtillis. The results show that Lonicera japonica Thunb from Hunan province had the best antibacterial effect against four bacterials,and the antibacterial effect was worst of Lonicera japonica Thunb from Hubei Province.
