In the process of sustainable development of private higher vocation colleges,strengthening the cultivation of teachers＇ practical ability has become an important problem to be solved. To strengthen the cultivation of teachers＇ practical ability,first of all,we should be clear what is the practical ability of the teachers in private higher vocational colleges,and what kinds of elements does its concrete consist of.
