The Knowledge Structure of Teaching Faculty and Quality Construction in Higher Vocatinal Colleges

随着我国教育改革进程的不断加快,政府及社会各界对高等职业院校的教育问题给予更高的关注。与高等院校相比,高等职业院校的发展存在较大的约束,其中,教师队伍的知识结构和素质建设成为目前高等职业院校发展面临的重要问题。本文在对高等职业教育教师队伍知识结构和素质等方面进行分析的基础上提出相关性的对策建议,旨在不断提高高等职业院校教师队伍的知识结构和素质建设。

With the accelerating process of China＇s education reform,the government and the social fields have shown great concern for the education issues in higher vocational colleges. Compared with the institutions,greater restriction of development in higher vocational colleges,the knowledge structure of teachers and quality construction become the important issues currently in the development of higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzed the knowledge structure of teaching staff and quality construction in higher vocational education on the basis of some related suggestions. It aimed at improving the knowledge structure and quality construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
