大学生的文化素质是指大学生的文化造诣或文化素养,是包括知识在内的能力、方法、品质、气质等等。实施大学生素质教育是高等教育的一项重要内容,也是我国高等教育事业进一步发展的基础。大学生文化素质教育的目标,大而言之,就是培养学生高尚的精神品质,弘扬人文精神,塑造学生理想的人格。具体地讲,就是培养学生热爱祖国,热爱人民的社会责任感和良好的规范的社会公德意识;塑造学生良好的思维机制,完整的现代意识和健全的现代人格。

The cultural quality of college students refers to the cultural attainment or cultural quality of college students,including knowledge,skills,methods,quality,temperament and so on. Carrying out the quality education of college students is an important part of higher education,and it is also the foundation of the further development of higher education in China. The goal of college students＇ cultural quality education,to a great extent,is to develop students＇ noble spirit quality,carry forward the spirit of humanism,shaping the ideal personality of students. Specifically speaking,it is to cultivate the students＇ love for the motherland,love people＇s social responsibility and good sense of normative consciousness of the social morality; shaping the students＇ good thinking mechanism,full of modern consciousness and healthy modern personality.
