简析高职院校学生管理工作创新研究

A Brief Analysis of the Innovation of Students Management in Vocational Colleges

高职院校的办学原则主要是为了培养更多高层次人才,学生管理工作是高职院校人才培养的重要内容,学生管理工作水平也会直接影响高校院校人才培养质量,因此加强高职院校学生管理工作显得尤为重要。近年来随着高职院校招生规模日益扩大,加上社会环境变化、国家政策的调整,传统的学生管理模式已经很难适应高职院校发展需求,如何进一步创新高职院校学生管理工作已经成为相关管理工作者思考的重点。

The principle of running higher vocational colleges is mainly to cultivate more talents of high level. Student management work is an important content of talent cultivation work in higher vocational colleges. And student management level will directly affect the college talent training quality. Therefore,to strengthen the management work for students in higher vocational colleges is particularly important. In recent years,with the increasing enrollment in higher vocational colleges,and on the changes of social environment,national policy adjustment,the traditional student management model has been very difficult to adapt to the demand of the development of higher vocational education. How to further innovation management work for students in higher vocational colleges has become focus of related to the management of industry and trade and the author thought.
