司法实务中,经常会出现冒名处分他人不动产的案件,究竟该适用何种法律制度去解决这类案件,在理论界关于该问题一直争论不休。本文将从分析冒名处分被认定为冒名人与相对人之间的法律行为入手,来解决冒名处分他人不动产的法律适用。
