摘要
基层人员是企业的基础,更是企业能够长久生存和发展的重要因素之一。基层管理者在管理基层人员时,会出现基层人员招聘困难、自我定位模糊、缺少合理的职业发展规划、团队精神弱化等问题,给管理者带来了新的挑战,管理效应视角下基层管理者必须优化管理对策:瞄准基点,把关基层人员的引进和培训;逐层深入,增进对基层人员的了解;巧用制度,创建基层人员发展的理想环境;活化链条,"因地制定"基层管理规则。
Personnel is the foundation of the enterprise at the grass-roots level,but also is one of the important factors for enterprise to long-term survive and the develop. When first-line managers are managing the grass-roots staff,there will be a grass-roots staff recruitment difficulties,self-image fuzzy,weakening the lack of reasonable career development planning and team spirit,which brought new challenges to management.
