本文主要探讨了"亲和力"在高职教学中的作用。亲和力是一种无形的精神力量,它能营造愉快的教学氛围,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升教学效果。因此,高职教学质量的提高需要教师具有亲和力。教师应努力培养自己的这种能力,提升教学效果。
This paper mainly discusses the function of ＂ affinity＂ in higher vocational education. Affinity is an invisible spiritual power. It can create a pleasant teaching atmosphere,stimulate students＇ learning interest and improve teaching effect. Therefore,the improvement of the quality of higher vocational education needs teachers with affinity. Teachers should strive to cultivate their own ability to improve teaching effect.
