护士自主排班的临床实践 被引量:25

The investigation and application of self-scheduling for hospital nurses

摘要 目的通过实施医院临床护士自主排班模式,探讨自主排班的临床应用效果。方法选取北京市某三级甲等综合医院具备自主排班实施条件的临床科室试行护士自主排班模式。护理部组织相关科室及人员编写《护士自主排班指导原则》,经试行后对其部分内容进行修改、完善,并在全院范围内推广自主排班模式。推广1年后,采用自行编写的《自主排班实施情况调查表》对59个护理单元的333名护士进行问卷调查。结果我院各护理单元基本上已经开展了护士自主排班。在提前排班的时间上,71.11%的护士表示能够提前3个月及以上自选班次。90.63%的护士表示科室已经制订了具体的自主排班制度,且在执行过程中,护士对排班方式的满意度分别达到了97.60%。其中91.69%的护士表示科室能够满足其各种休假(病假、产假、婚假及探亲假等)。结论自主排班的顺利施行,有赖于完善的自主排班原则,并应结合各临床科室的实际情况进行。通过自主排班,体现了护理管理者的人性化管理,合理利用了护士人力资源,又体现了护理工作的职业优越性,提高了护士工作积极性,值得推广。 Objective To describe a pilot study of self-scheduling for hospital nurses and assess its potential values and difficulties in implementation. Methods This study was conducted in one tertiary hospital in Beijing. A self-scheduling program was implemented in one nursing floor. After its successful implementation,self-scheduling was applied in the rest of the nursing floors in the hospital. A total of 333 nurses were included in questionnaire investigation. Results During the pilot study,this method was applied in most nursing floors. It was considered by 71.11% of nurses that they could arrange their work ahead of time. 90.63% of nurses mentioned in their nursing floor,they had developed their own self-scheduling systems. 97.60% of nurses were satisfied with this system Conclusion Self-scheduling has positive effects on nurses and can benefit the nursing administrators. This experience may pro- vide references for other nursing groups to implement a self-scheduling system.
