摘要
中医住院医师规范化培训是中医人才队伍建设与储备的重要环节,通过分析总结中医住院医师规范化培训的现状及问题,结合我院在实际过程中的经验与做法,对持续提升中医住院医师规范化培训的质量提出思考。
Resident standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine is a key part for the building and reserve of talent team. The article analyzes the current situation and problems of resident standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine, and integrates the experience and practice in practical process, to put forward some thoughts of continuously improving the quality of resident standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine.
