摘要
由于霉菌等微生物较容易在高湿环境下生长,因此具有该特征的民用建筑或工业建筑都会存在霉菌等微生物滋生的风险。本文通过调研和实验方法对某典型高湿车间局部发霉处进行分析研究,通过采集标本和对标本的培养、镜检后,发现两种主要菌类:酵母菌、黑曲霉菌。其中黑曲霉极有可能是诱发肝癌的因素之一,对室内人员身体健康存在潜在的危害。同时考虑取样对象为食品厂,黑曲霉能引起食材的腐烂或软腐,存在一定的食品安全隐患。因此对于此类高湿建筑必须采取一定措施预防霉菌等微生物的滋生,进而保障建筑室内空气品质具有安全性。
As the fungi and other microbes growing more easily in environment of high humidity, there is a risk of fungi and other microbes growth in civil and industrial buildings with this feature. This paper analyzed the microorganism in a typical high humidity workshop via survey and experiment. After collecting specimens, laboratory cultivates and microscopic examination, two main funguses have been found: the yeast and the aspergillus niger. Aspergillus niger is most likely one of the factors that induce liver cancer. Thence, there is a potential threat to people's health that stays indoors. In addition, the sample takes from a food factory; aspergillus niger can cause rot or soft rot ingredients, so there is also a risk of food safety. Some measures must be taken to prevent the growth of these microorganisms in this typical high humidity factory, and then make sure the indoor air quality is clean and safe to both the food and workers.
