摘要
采用预乳化种子乳液聚合和半连续滴加工艺,制备了JS防水涂料用有机硅改性醋丙乳液,讨论了有机硅用量、乳化剂比例及用量、引发剂用量对聚合过程和涂膜性能的影响以及共聚物序列结构的变化。结果表明,在乳化剂配比OP-10/MS-60=1∶1、乳化剂总用量为2%、引发剂用量为0.5%时聚合具有很好的稳定性;同时,有机硅参与共聚使得改性醋丙乳液的吸水率明显降低;半连续滴加工艺较好地克服了由于单体竞聚率差异较大带来的共聚物组成不均一的缺陷。
Organic silicon modified vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion for JS waterproofing coating was prepared by seeded pre- emulsion polymerization and semi continuous dropping process. The influences of organic silicon content, ratio and content of emulsifier and initiator content on polymerization process and performances of the coating and the changes of copolymer sequence structure were discussed. The results showed the polymerization was stable when the emulsifier ratio of OP-10/MS- 60=1:1, the content of emulsifier was 2% and the content of initiator was 0.5%. Meanwhile, the water absorption rate of modified vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion significantly decreased because of copolymerization of organic silicon. Semi continuous dropping process bitterly overcame the defect of inhomogeneous of copolymer composition according to different reactivity ratios of monomers.
