摘要
为了解猪场伪狂犬病疫苗免疫效果及猪伪狂犬病感染情况,指导猪伪狂犬病的防控,采用ELISA方法对滨州市4个县区43家不同规模自繁自养猪场453份血样进行了猪伪狂犬病病毒gB抗体和gE抗体检测。检测发现,母猪样品gB抗体阳性率为75.58%,育肥猪样品阳性率为68.67%;猪场阳性率高于70%的猪场占比为74.42%。母猪和育肥猪样品伪狂犬病病毒gE抗体阳性率分别为25.41%与26.67%,猪场阳性率分别为46.51%与44.33%,且各县区之间存在区域性差异。
453serum samples collected from 43 different scale swine farms in four areas of Binzhou city were detected with ELISA to investigate the IgG induced by gB and gE.Results showed the positive rate of induced IgG by gB in sows was 75.58%,while 68.67% in fattening pigs.The positive rate higher than 70% in pig farms was74.42%.The positive rates of IgG induced by gE were 25.41%and 26.67%in sows and fattening pigs respectively,while 46.51%and 44.33%in pig farms.There were regional differences among these areas.
