社会网络中隐性知识交流研究

Research on the Tacit Knowledge Exchange in Social Network

[目的]针对社会网络中隐性知识交流问题,构建了社会网络中隐性知识交流模型,引导社会网络中的隐性知识交流;[过程]对隐性知识的分类及特点进行分析,在此基础上,得出社会网络中隐性知识交流的障碍类型,针对性地提出社会网络中隐性知识交流方式及交流的要素,然后构建了模型;[结论]通过任务、事件或者话题导向将网络成员链接起来,在处理网络成员关系时,可以采用社群协调者的方式,协调网络成员中人与人之间的关系,增进开放、互信和便捷,促进沟通与交流,进而形成隐性知识的潜移默化。[局限]需要收集相关数据,进行实证研究。

[Purpose] Aiming at the problems of tacit knowledge exchange in social network,this paper constructs the model of tacit knowledge exchange in social network,and guides tacit knowledge exchange in social network. [Process] Based on the analysis of classification and characteristics of tacit knowledge,the paper concludes the barrier types of tacit knowledge exchange in social network,puts forward the methods and elements of tacit knowledge exchange in social network,and constructs the model.[Conclusion] The paper connects member through the network task,event or topic,and adopts the way of community coordinator to coordinate interpersonal relationships of network members in order to promote atmosphere of open,mutual trust and convenient as well as communication,which can further develop subtle influence on tacit knowledge. [Limitations] The paper still needs to collect the relevant data and make a further empirical research.
