国内外社会舆情研究的回顾与展望

Review and Prospect of Research on Public Opinion at Home and Abroad

文章在相关研究进行文献计量分析的基础上,首先从基础理论、支撑技术、应用实践等角度对该领域的发展现状进行学术梳理,研究发现目前有关社会舆情的学术研究热点主要集中在社会舆情的概念特征、传播演化、监测预警、支撑技术、系统构建等方面。其次,对国内外社会舆情研究的机构与科研项目发展现状予以研究和分析。最后,对社会舆情研究过程中存在的问题进行简要评析,并提出进一步研究的展望,以期能够为后续研究提供参考。

On the basis of bibliometrical analysis of related studies,this paper starts with academic comb of the current development in this field from the standpoints of the basic theory,technical support and application practices. Research finds that the current studies of public opinion mainly focus on the aspects of concept features,spread and evolution,monitoring and early warning,technical support and system construction. In addition,the paper also studies and analyzes the present situation of public opinion research agency and research projects. Finally,the paper briefly evaluates the existing problems in the process of the research on public opinion,and puts forward the prospects for further research in order to provide a reference for the future studies.
