摘要
文章阐述广东省林地按照分区施策、差别管理、统筹调控的原则,分别优化开发区域、重点开发区域、生态发展区域和禁止开发区域4个主体功能区域,实施与国家、区域主体功能定位相适应的差别化管理措施,采取不同的林地保护利用策略和管控政策。
The paper describes,in accordance with the division of forest policy management, planning control principle, there are four main function areas （individually-optimized development area, key development area, ecological development area and prohibited development area）, implementing the measures of differentiated management between national and regional main functional positioning by using different methods and control policy.
