武钢6号高炉炉料结构调整实践

Improvement of burden structure and operation technology in NO.6 BF in WISCO

摘要 为降低炼铁成本,从2012年开始武钢6号高炉的炉料结构发生了很大的变化,烧结率从64%增加到70%左右,球团率从24%减少到20%,块矿率从12%降低到10%。小粒度烧结矿的配比增加了3%,渣中Al2O3含量降低到13.5%左右。通过采取优化布料制度、缩小进风面积、改善炉渣性能等措施,实现了高炉稳定顺行。 For the cost′s reason,the BF burden structure was changed since 2012 in No.6BF of WISCO.The sinter ratio was increased from 64%to 70%,the pellet ratio decreased from24%to 20%,the raw ore decreased from 12 %to 10 %,and the ratio of the small-sinter was increased by 3%,Al2O3 content in slag decreased to 13.5 %,By taking the measures,such as optimizing burden distribution system,narrowing inlet blast area,improving performances of slag,the target of smooth operation with low cost was realized.
