利用PLC和WINCC软件实现连铸拉矫机电机运行电流监控与报警

摘要 武钢股份炼钢总厂某炼钢厂连铸扇形段拉矫机电机控制系统主要由西门子PLC、AB700变频器、操作远程站及用于监控的WINCC画面4个部分所组成。详细介绍了如何利用西门子PLC和WINCC软件技术来实现对连铸拉矫机电机运行电流的监控与报警,通过进行相应的PLC硬件组态配置、AB变频器参数设置、软件编程以及WINCC监控与故障报警画面的制作,从而实现了对拉矫机电机运行电流的实时监控以及运行电流异常变化趋势的故障报警控制功能,以便及时对异常情况采取有效的解决处理措施。这项技术的应用不仅实现了对连铸拉矫机电机运行系统的智能控制,也直接关系到炼钢厂板坯的生产质量。 In one steelmaking plant of WISCO Ltd.,the control system used for the motor of the CCM straightening machine mainly consists of:Siemens PLC,AB700 converter,remote operation stations and WINCC screens for monitoring.This paper introduced how to use Siemens PLC and WINCC software technology to achieve the monitoring of continuous casting machine motor running current and alarming,by making the corresponding PLC hardware configuration,setting the AB parameters of converter,software programming and WINCC monitoring and alarm screen,so as to realize the control function of the straightening machine motor running current real-time monitoring and the alarm function of the abnormal current trends,in order to solve the abnormal situation to take effective treatment measures.This technology is not only used to achieve the intelligent control of continuous casting machine operation system,but also directly to improve the slab quality.
