摘要
本文通过简单的滴涂方法将纳米银修饰到电极表面上,构筑出一种新型的司帕沙星电化学传感器,并通过循环伏安法和交流阻抗法对其电化学性质进行研究。结果表明:在0.2 mol·L^-1的Na H2PO4/Na2HPO4(p H=7)缓冲溶液中,纳米银修饰电极有司帕沙星有一定的相互作用。还对几个影响司帕沙星测定的关键参数进行了研究和优化。在优化条件下,司帕沙星传感器的线性范围为3.0×10^-6~1.0×10^-4mol·L^-1,检测限为1.0×10-6mol·L^-1。
A novel nano silver sensing film was synthesized by dispensing at a gold electrode. The nano silver modified electrode exhibited promising electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid in 0. 2 mol·L^- 1Na H2PO4/ Na2HPO4 buffer solution( p H = 7). Several key operational parameters affecting the electrochemical response of sparfloxacin on the nano silver sensing film were examined and optimized,such as the scan rate,deposition time and electrolyte p H values. As the electroactive nano silver sensing film provides plenty of active sites for sparfloxacin,the sparfloxacin sensor exhibited high performance including high sensitivity,low detection limit,simple operation and good stability at the optimized conditions. The sparfloxacin revealed good linear behavior in the concentration range from 3. 0 × 10^- 6mol·L^- 1to 1. 0 × 10^- 4mol·L^- 1for the quantitative analysis of sparfloxacin with a limit of detection of 1. 0 × 10^- 6mol·L^- 1.
