基于当前信息社会的发展趋势以及图书馆管理与服务的发展需求,提出图书馆实时知识管理的主要概念、手段及应用,探讨实时知识管理在高校图书馆发挥作用的机理和重要功能。

According to the need of current development of information society and the development of library management and service,this paper puts forward the main concept,methods and the application of library knowledge management and studies the mechanism and the important function of the real time knowledge management of library in colleges and universities.
