山西省孝臣村土地流转案例分析

Case Study of Rural Land Circulation of Xiaochen Village in Shanxi

随着我国城市化进程的加快和城乡二元结构转型,农村土地流转的必然性日益凸显。2009年,孝臣村以农村土地承包经营权入股,成立农业公司,进行规模化经营,使得农业生产成本降低,农民收入增加,但同时孝臣土地流转也存在很多问题,农业公司自身定位偏离,组织结构不合理,经营能力不足,农民收入增长有限,孝臣村土地流转还有待调整和完善。

With the acceleration of urbanization and urban-rural dual structure transformation,rural land circulation is bound to happen.In 2009,Xiaochen village in Shanxi set up an agricultural company for large-scale operations after farmland shares.The rural land circulation reduced the cost of agricultural production and increased farmers＇ income,but also give rise to many problems.The experiences and lessons of Xiaochen will help to promote Shanxi rural land circulation.
