论梁漱溟乡村建设理论对农村社会工作的启示

Enlightenment of LIANG Shuming's Rural Construction Theory on Rural Social Work

作为中国乡村建设史上的重要典型事件,梁漱溟的乡村建设理论历来被学者所重视和关注。在农村问题日益凸显的今天,从社会工作专业角度对其进行研究和探索,对于当前农村社会工作的开展以及农村问题的解决具有重要意义。运用文献方法梳理并挖掘出这一理论所包含的注重情义关系、追求职业平等、强调农民自觉、重视文化教育以及社会系统论等主要的社会工作思想。结合当前农村地区的实际情况以及面临的主要问题,提出发挥村民潜质、培养村民团体与合作精神、发展农村文化教育事业、注重农村整体发展以及进行必要的社会行政干预这五个方面的启示与建议,以期达到解决农村问题,促进农村发展的目的。

As an typical event in the history of Chinese rural construction,the rural construction theory of Liang Shuming has always been highly valued by scholars.As rural issues have become increasingly prominent,research from the perspective of professional social work on this theory has important significance to the rural social work.This essay sorted out the main ideas of social ideological work contained in this theory by using literature method：focus on friendship relations,pursuit of career equality,emphasizing peasants＇ consciousness,attaching importance to culture,education and social system.Combined with the actuality and problems in the rural areas,it proposed giving play to villagers＇ potential,cultivating villagers＇ team and cooperation spirit,developing rural culture and education,paying attention to the overall development and having the necessary social administrative intervention in order to promote the development of rural society.
