Who Will Construct the New Socialist Countryside:Function of New-Generation Famers in the New Rural Construction

农民是我国新农村建设的主力军,但随着打工经济的兴起,农村劳动力大规模转移至城市,农村空心化、农业劳动力老龄化等问题制约着新农村的建设。通过分析新生代农民的优势、劣势及对新农村建设的作用,提出新生代农民是新农村建设的主要力量,引导新生代农民参与新农村建设,推进新农村建设进程。

Farmers are the main force of new rural construction in China,but with the rise of engagement economy,massive rural labor has transferred to the urban so that rural hollowing,ageing workforce and other problems have restricted the construction of new countryside.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of new-generation farmers on new rural construction,it pointed out that new-generation farmers are the major force in building a new countryside,and it＇s necessary to guide the new-generation farmers to participate in the new rural construction and promote the process of new rural construction.
