中国城乡协调发展的综合评价与研究

Comprehensive Evaluation and Research on the Coordinated Urban and Rural Development in China

改革开放以来,长期形成的城乡二元结构体制严重制约着社会主义市场经济体制的完善,也成为我国实现现代化的重大发展障碍,实现城乡协调发展已成为政府部门和学术界广泛关注并积极探索解决的问题。在分析城乡协调发展的内涵和讨论城乡协调发展研究的必要性的基础上,通过构建城乡协调发展评价指标体系和应用城乡协调发展评价模型,对2013年我国31个省级行政区的城乡协调发展状况进行评价、研究,了解和掌握各地区城乡协调发展状况及阻碍因素,并为各地区进一步推动城乡协调发展提供依据。

Since the reform and opening up,the urban-rural dual structure has restricted the improvement of socialist market economic system,which has become the major obstacles of Chinese modernization.The coordinated development of urban and rural areas has become a great concern for government departments and academic circles.Based on the analysis of connotation and discussion of the necessity,by constructing evaluation index system and using evaluation model,it make evaluation and research of the coordinated urban and rural development of 31provincial-level administrative region in China in 2013 to find the situation and hindering factors,to provide feasible suggestions for each region to promote coordinated development.
