摘要
项目后评价作为项目管理的重要环节,在减少投资失误、改进项目管理和提高项目成功率方面发挥了至关重要的作用。基于项目管理的基本理论并结合对某燃煤电厂SCR脱硝催化剂再生项目的实地调研,从项目目标、效益、影响和过程4个方面,构建了相对完整的SCR脱硝催化剂再生项目后评价指标体系,在此基础上利用模糊综合评价技术和层次分析法对该项目进行了后评价研究,评价结果表明,该项目可以为后续相关项目的建设提供借鉴,也有助于提高有关部门的决策和管理水平。
As an important part of project management, post-project evaluation plays an important role in decreasing fault investment, improving project management and rising project success rate. Based on the basic theory of project management, and the data collected from a coal-fired power plant SCR denitration catalyst regeneration project, this paper constructs a relatively complete index system for the project post-evaluation from the following four dimensions: function target, economic benefit, project effects and project process. On this basis, the method,which integrates the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with the analytic hierarchy process, is used for the post-evaluation of this project. Finally, the result shows: the evaluation result of this coal-fired power plant SCR denitration catalyst regeneration project is more successful. It can provide reference for subsequent related projects, and scientifically improve the level of management and decision making of the related departments.
