摘要
学习分析技术作为大数据分析的一种新兴工具,使得图书馆不仅能够及时了解用户需求,为他们提供个性化的服务,还可以改进和完善图书馆服务的过程,为用户提供良好的体验。通过介绍学习分析技术的内涵及具体分析方法,构建学习分析技术应用于高校图书馆的基本模型,阐述该技术的应用给图书馆服务带来的优化与变革。
As a new tool for big data analysis, learning analytics can not only understand the users' needs and provide personalized service, but also improve library service process and provide a good experience for the users. This paper introduces the learning analytics technology concept and specific analysis method, constructs the model of learning analytics applied in the university library, and states the optimization and transformation for the university library service brought by the technology's application.
