社会参与高校图书馆治理的现实困境与对策

The Predicament and Countermeasure of Social Participation in the University Library Governance

作为重要的利益相关者之一,国内社会力量在高校图书馆治理方面的参与诉求不断增强,但受到诸多历史和客观因素例如观念、经济条件、制度缺位等的影响,社会力量参与高校图书馆治理面临着参与权利不明、参与志愿失灵、参与体系不健全、参与度不足等问题。因此,社会参与高校图书馆治理必须要从意识强化、政府扶持、完善社会参与机制、运用信息技术等方面为其参与高校图书馆治理创造良好条件。

With the development and expansion of Chinese social force, the benefit demand of society as one of the stakeholders involved in university library governance is increasing intensely. Due to the traditional ideas, current economic condition, the insufficient participation system and other factors, there appear several predicaments for social organizations to participate in university library governance, such as ineffective participation aspiration, weak participation right, uncompleted participation system and insufficient participation dynamics. To strengthen the social participation in university library governance, it is necessary to enhance the awareness of social participation, have appropriate government intervention and endorsement, establish and improve the operational mechanism of social participation and make full use of modern technological means.
