试论清代新疆文化的总体特征

新疆地区的文化自古以来就与内地文化有着显著的区域差异,这种差异是由新疆独特的地理环境、新疆自身的历史发展轨迹以及中央对新疆的特殊政策等多种因素造成的。就清代而言,新疆的区域文化总体上呈现出多元性、移民屯垦与农牧经济并重、伊斯兰教为主多种宗教并存、南北文化差异显著、混合中西文化等方面的特点。
