涉外旅游从业人员跨文化培训实践模式 被引量:1

摘要 我国旅游业的国际化发展为旅游从业人员带来了文化方面的挑战,跨文化培训是解决文化冲突的有效途径。在Hofstede文化维度理论和Fantini跨文化交际能力理论的基础上,文章提出了涉外旅游从业人员跨文化培训实践模式。该模式分为5个阶段,强调培养旅游从业人员的跨文化意识、跨文化敏感性和跨文化交际能力,围绕认知、技能、情感态度三大目标展开,并且始终以被培训者需求和反思反馈为准绳不断动态调整,以达到提升培训效果、增强涉外旅游从业人员的心理调适能力、跨文化实践能力和工作绩效。
