手术联合氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗巨大体积尖锐湿疣12例

Surgical operation combined with aminolevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy for the treatment of giant condyloma acuminatum： 12 case reports

目的观察手术联合光动力疗法治疗巨大体积尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法12例外生殖器、肛周部巨大体积尖锐湿疣患者，男7例，女5例，通过手术削除、双极电凝烧灼的方法将疣体去除，待创面愈合后，用氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗，7～10d治疗1次，共治疗2～4次。结果随访6个月，12例患者疣体完全消失，醋酸白试验均阴性，除术后局部出现轻度红肿、疼痛、烧灼感外，未发生感染、溃疡、明显瘢痕等不良反应。结论手术联合氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法可用于治疗巨大体积尖锐湿疣。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgical operation combined with aminolevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） for the treatment of giant condyloma acuminatum. Methods Totally, 12 patients with giant condyloma acuminatum of the external genitalia and/or perianal region were enrolled, including 7 males and 5 females. Firstly, the warts were removed by surgical operation and bipolar electrocoagulation cautery. After wound healed, ALA-PDT was carried out at the lesional sites once every 7 - 10 days for 2- 4 sessions. Results Within 6 months of follow-up, warts completely disappeared, and the acetowhitening test turned negative in all the 12 patients. Mild erythematous swelling occurred with pain and burning sensation after the operation, but no other adverse reactions such as infection, ulcer, or obvious scarring were observed. Conclusion Surgical operation combined with ALA-PDT is a relatively good choice for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.
