摘要 甲真菌病是由皮肤癣菌或其他真菌感染所引起的指趾甲病变,目前治疗方法有药物治疗和物理治疗。药物治疗包括系统口服和局部外用抗真菌药物,疗效肯定,是目前最有效的治疗方法,但疗程长,不良反应明显,患者依从性较差。物理治疗作为二线疗法,主要包括激光治疗,光动力疗法以及物理辅助治疗。诸多试验及临床研究显示均有一定疗效,且不良反应小,适用人群广泛,正逐渐成为甲真菌病治疗新热点。 Onychomycosis is a kind of finger or toe nail disorders caused by the infection with dermatophytes or other fungi. The current treatment of onychomycosis can be divided into pharmacotherapy and physiotherapy. Pharmacotherapy, including oral and topical antifungal agents, has definite therapeutic effects and is the most effective approach at present. However, pharmacotherapy has some disadvantages, such as a long-term course of treatment, obvious side effects, and poor patient compliance. Physiotherapy, as a second- line therapy, includes laser therapy, photodynamic therapy and adjuvant physical therapy. Many experiments and clinical studies have shown that physiotherapy is effective for the treatment of onychomycosis with few adverse effects and wide applicability, and has been gradually becoming a new hotspot in the treatment of onychomycosis.
