中性粒细胞在银屑病发病机制中的作用 被引量:2

Roles of neutrophils in the pathogenesis of psoriasis

摘要 银屑病是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,其发病机制主要涉及遗传、免疫、炎症、新血管生成及角质形成细胞过度增殖等方面。研究表明,中性粒细胞是银屑病患者皮损部位白细胞介素8、17等细胞因子的主要来源,中性粒细胞合成和分泌的中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白、中性粒细胞胞外网状陷阱、抗菌肽LL37等在银屑病发病机制中起重要作用。 Psoriasis is a kind of chronic inflammatory skin disease, and its pathogenesis is mainly related to heredity, immunity, inflammation, neoangiogenesis, keratinoeyte hyperproliferation, and so on. Recent studies have indicated that neutrophils are the main source of interleukin (IL)-8, IL-17 and other eytokines in skin lesions of patients with psoriasis. Neutrophil elastase (NE), neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) and antibacterial peptide LL37 (LL37), which are synthesized and secreted bv neutronhils, all nlav imnortant roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
