摘要
本文介绍了渗氮的工艺和机理,并综述了已有的部分离子渗氮的模型。由于在渗氮过程中,扩散系数D是随着氮元素质量分数的变化而变化的,结合这一实际情况,本文采用了非线性抛物线方程的有限差分格式,重新推导了有限差分方程,改进了基于变扩散系数的离子渗氮模型。文章最后利用Matlab软件对一维渗氮过程进行了模拟。
In this paper,the nitriding process and its mechanism are introduced. Some famous existing ion nitriding models are summarized. The diffusion coefficient D changes with the nitrogen content during the nitriding. Combining with this actual situation,the finite differencc equations are derived again by the finte difference scheme of nonlinear parabolic equations,and the ion nitriding model is improved bared on the variable diffusion coefficient. At last,one-dimensional nitriding process is simulated by Matlab software.
