摘要 Si-B-C-N作为一种新型的四元结构陶瓷,以其独特的组织结构和优异的高温性能引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。为了改善Si-B-C-N系陶瓷的韧性,本文采用机械合金化法将Ti B2、Ti C增强相引入到Si-B-C-N陶瓷中,通过反应热压烧结制备出力学性能较好的Si-B-C-N-Ti陶瓷,并对其组织结构及力学性能等进行了研究。 Because of the special structure and outstanding high-temperature property of Si-B-C-N,it as a new kind of quaternary structural ceramic has caused the wide attention of scholars at home and abroad. To improve its toughness,Ti B2 and Ti C are added into this ceramic as the reinforced phases. Si-B-C-N-Ti ceramic with good mechanical property is prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressed sintering. The structure and mechanical properties of Si-B-C-N-Ti ceramicss have been investigated.
